Sales Director for Wireless Infrastructure Acquisition
Overview
This is a senior role focused on acquiring wireless infrastructure assets. The position involves negotiating lump-sum cash payments with landlords for assignment of future rental income.
Responsibilities:
Research and compile lists of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads.
Makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers to build rapport and negotiate deals.
Originates and acquires wireless infrastructure assets.
Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality.
Manages pipeline and creates lead activities using CRM systems.
Delivers on monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
Maintains professional knowledge by attending sales training meetings and reviewing publications.
Provides ongoing pipeline support for Acquisition Directors.
Requirements:
Education
A graduate degree in Business or Finance is required.
Experience
3-5 years of sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition, or similar.
Skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
