Senior Business Analysis Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Collaborative skills to formulate and document business requirements for system and software solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Project management skills to develop project plans using solid methodologies, estimating cost, time, and resources required.
- Communication skills to produce user and training documentation, and deliver formal training sessions as needed.
- Data modeling skills to create functional specifications and artifacts to guide system design and software development.
- Critical thinking skills to provide guidance in system-related decision-making.
- Technical skills to work closely with programming teams to drive improvements in website, application, and system functionality.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years' experience relevant to the role.
In addition, they will have demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, and skilled in producing clear technical documentation, specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
They will also have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
