Job Description

">

The prime responsibility of this key role is to provide outstanding customer service to a niche group of predominantly mining focused manufacturing customers. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will execute this role through building deep relationships with our customers and key operational, planning and supply chain functions within our business.

This office-based role oversees the order management and fulfilment processes for both domestic and international customers, acting as an interface between our customers and InfraBuild stakeholders involved in the order fulfilment process. You will be resolving complex enquiries, managing orders, gathering market intelligence, understanding customer needs and requirements, anticipating and resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will work closely with the Customer Service Lead, supporting the broader customer service and commercial teams, developing a strong functional relationship with the Market Manager, Manufacturing and Resources. This role provides opportunities to interact with higher level stakeholders, identifying and overseeing improvements to order management, supply chain processes, and overall delivery performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and engagement skills, a proactive and process-driven approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service outcomes. Experience in customer-facing roles, complex supply chains, and SAP will be advantageous.
