About the Role

This role oversees the Front Office and Guest Experience departments in our high-volume operation. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for delivering flawless guest experiences, and a hunger for results.

  1. Set strategic direction in collaboration with the leadership team.
  2. Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to team members, setting development plans and succession strategies.
  3. Ensure effective selection, training, development, and evaluation of all team members.
  4. Drive performance by setting metrics and benchmarks, identifying ways to improve operations.
  5. Maintain visibility in the operation, recognizing regular guests and cultivating relationships with VIPs, long-stay guests, and new visitors.
  6. Closely manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
