We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Healius. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients.

- Answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

- Providing clear and concise information to clients and patients

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not essential.
