About The Role

This is a key leadership position within our Search Team where you'll redefine our SEO strategy, manage forecasting, and lead a team of specialists to deliver against our core objective of introducing new customers to our brand.

You'll ensure all core SEO components are considered, executed, and optimized to maximize our organic presence across all current and emerging platforms. Your focus will be on adopting best practice approaches to all things SEO and ensuring that all customer-facing business projects are SEO-ready.

As a passionate people leader, you'll create an open, collaborative, and supportive culture that helps your team develop goals and development plans, and provides ongoing support to deliver outcomes and career development goals.

Building relationships with partners and stakeholders is crucial in this role, as well as being able to tell the story of SEO to the business to create buy-in and support required for your team to deliver.

Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of successfully growing traffic and improving search engine rankings through innovative content and technical strategies.

You should also have strong tech skills including HTML, JavaScript, Botify, Brightedge, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and others. Experience with data analysis using GA, SQL, PowerBi, and identifying actionable insights is also essential.
