We're seeking a seasoned Search Campaign Lead to spearhead our client's digital search initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll drive campaign success from inception to completion, leveraging your expertise in paid media marketing and exceptional client relations skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital search strategies, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Stay abreast of industry best practices and maintain a cutting-edge paid search product, continuously improving efficiency and performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor and enhance campaign performance through innovative solutions and data-driven insights.

In collaboration with the Director of Performance, contribute to industry-wide thought leadership for your client, identifying opportunities for growth and development. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert counsel on media-related matters.

As a trusted advisor, serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively managing client expectations and communicating status updates, resourcing changes, and deadlines. Develop and manage goals for team members, ensuring seamless leave planning and setting clear expectations internally and externally.
