As a key contributor to our organisation's growth, you will be responsible for leading online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners, providing business coaching and support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in franchise and business coaching, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be based in our Melbourne office and will be required to travel to multiple sites across Melbourne.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching
- Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve business operations and systems
- Liaise with other teams within the head office to support franchise partners and grow their business
- Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
- Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure consistency
Who is this role suited for?
This role is open to university students who have a passion for business consulting, as well as professionals who are looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will have a car and license to travel to multiple sites across Melbourne.
