We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead operational excellence, drive business growth, and support high-performing teams.

This role involves providing strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to franchise owners and their management teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a multi-site hospitality or QSR leadership role, strong people leadership and coaching skills, confidence with budgets and operational reports, a strategic mindset, and experience with local area marketing and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular venue audits and health checks, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping teams understand their numbers, reduce costs, and achieve targets.

The successful candidate will have flexible travel requirements across Melbourne and surrounds, with preference given to those holding a degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar, Food Safety Supervisor certification, and First Aid + Mental Health First Aid certificates.
