Management Position Sushi Franchise

A role has become available with a leading international food business.

This new position involves overseeing multiple stores and coaching franchisees to achieve high operational standards, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

As part of a managerial team, you will report directly to an Area Manager and spend most of your time in-store working closely with franchise owners and operators.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in QSR and Sushi retail operations. You should be passionate about delivering high-quality products, excellent customer service, and supporting the success of others and the business.

You will need strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, knowledge of Sushi making, and full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).

We offer a car allowance as part of this role.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coaching and mentoring franchise owners and operators
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies
  • Improving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Providing guidance and support to teams
