Job Description

As a professional in the field of Learning Design, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective educational content that supports the growth and development of LeavePlus employees.

Working closely with various teams, you will utilise industry leading methodologies and adult learning theories to review and re-frame existing materials, including tools, templates, and process documents.

You will design learning solutions to enhance capability across all LeavePlus employees using eLearning platforms, digital, micro, face to face and just in time learning resources.

The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the learning experience and building company/enterprise-wide capability for now and into the future.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in designing eLearning educational content across banking, financial services, superannuation, construction, or similar compliance-based industries and have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
  • Utilise learning design tools and technology, including but not limited to Articulate 360, Canva, Vimeo, and Adobe.
  • Succesfully build and manage courses within an LMS.
  • Construct e-learning materials, face to face, virtual, digital, micro and just in time learning resources.
  • Cross-functional work projects requiring critical and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced listening, written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional time management, planning and delivery.
