As an E-learning Leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of online learning programs. This includes designing curriculum, creating educational content, and managing a team of instructional designers. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement online learning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage a team of instructional designers and subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-learning leadership or management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful online learning programs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
