Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality digital learning content that engages and informs employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 suite
  • Create engaging visual content using graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Develop and maintain the Peninsula Health Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Hub Online (LHO)
  • Contribute to the development of e-learning standards and instructional resources
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS users

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Instructional Design or equivalent
  • Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design
  • Strong visual design and technical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and Articulate 360 suite
  • Graphic design ability using Adobe Creative Cloud applications

Other Information:
