Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Learning Content Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing high-quality eLearning materials.

About the Role

The Education and Engagement Team supports the organisation's strategic direction by delivering high-quality education and engagement activities for organisations within the scheme. The team works collaboratively to maximise opportunities for training and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging eLearning content using web-based publishing and authoring software.
  • Design and develop visual designs and storyboards using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training and engagement solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven skills in using Learning Management Systems, e-learning design tools, and technologies such as HTML, XML, Flash, SCORM, and xAPI.
  • Proficiency in developing eLearning materials and experience with audio editing software.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Desirable Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in learning or instructional design.
  • Demonstrated experience with Moodle based LMS platforms.
