We are seeking a high-energy leader to oversee stock management, lead the store team, and drive sales growth in our busy Back Of House department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Coach and develop individual and team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Requirements:
- Senior sales or management experience ideal
- Fashion, footwear, or accessories industry experience preferred
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
