Job Description
As a Night Guest Service Agent at Oaks Port Douglas Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional, proactive service to our valued guests, consistently exceeding their expectations through your dedication and commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough guest arrival and departure procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting the high standards expected of our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months' experience in hotel front office operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
