Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk, including guest registration, information provision, and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and develop talent within the team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with a preference for Opera
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
