About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our Sheraton community, you'll be responsible for supervising the front office team, supporting them with general operational tasks, and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community, providing accurate information to guests.
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure procedures, handling general enquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service.
  • Take guest reservations and perform cash handling and credit card responsibilities.
  • Oversee service standards, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential.

About You:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
