Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Build, develop, and lead a team to promote high levels of customer service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with a preference for Opera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
