Front Office Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, and handling administrative tasks.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting excellent customer service and ensuring seamless communication among team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, driving loyalty and retention.

Requirements
