Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
About You- Relevant experience in a similar role within an international hotel chain or hospitality organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, with excellent communication skills.
- Working rights in Australia, with a valid visa (if applicable).
- Enthusiasm for developing your career and taking on new challenges.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with the coordination of HR activities, programs, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with Marriott's policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Liaise with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Complete all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, in collaboration with the HR team.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
