Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Hiring Leaders and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment and selection processes.

  • Leverage HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on people management and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations legislation and their application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in HR systems and tools.
