
Inclusion Development Professional

Join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of others. As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will be working with clients who require support to live independently. You will provide frontline support, implement plans, complete records, and promote safety and transparency in all endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to appointments
- Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
- Providing general social support and spending quality time with clients
- Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
- Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification, and/or relevant experience in the disability sector
- Current or previous Allied Health student, preferably in their 3rd or 4th year of study and/or experience in the disability sector or lived experience
