**Your New Role**

As a member of the Docklands Precincts team, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a complex stakeholder environment with exposure to high-profile projects in one of Australian's largest urban renewal projects. We are looking for a self-driven professional who is ready to take on a challenging role where there is opportunity to grow your skillset and career.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, your responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to:

- Managing the teams project costing, cash-flows and delivery against budgets.
- Assist in the preparation and review of detailed feasibility studies.
- Assist with administering development agreements.
- Internal reporting including minute-taking and preparation of presentations.
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the broader team to identify, monitor and mitigate and report on project risks.
- Support the team in the delivery of corporate goals and objectives.
- Deliver procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors to successfully deliver project outputs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or other tertiary qualification in planning, engineering, property, construction, project management, law or finance or other related discipline.
- Previous experience working in a property related corporate organisation.
- Prior experience to project work and exposure to land development.
- Prior experience in the delivery of high-quality customer experience.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and cost monitoring using Estate Master software or similar.
