Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Inclusion Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the inclusion needs of all enrolled children in our services, working closely with senior managers and educators to ensure equitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the effective inclusion of all children in high-quality educational programs.
  • Support KU service teachers and educators to identify children's abilities and needs, and develop targeted support plans.
  • Facilitate access to relevant assessment and early childhood intervention for children and families.
  • Design and deliver training, information, and resources to support the education and wellbeing of children.
About You
  • A degree in early childhood education and postgraduate or working towards qualification in special education or inclusive education.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership/management or Director's role, preferably in the early childhood sector.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and current regulatory requirements.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams and building relationships.
