Disability Inclusion Professionals Wanted

Australian Healthcare Associates is a leading health and human services consultancy, partnering with governments to improve health outcomes for Australians.
We are seeking skilled professionals to support the rollout of the Disability Inclusion Profile in Victorian government schools.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and schools, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive training and support will be provided, including regular shadowing, extensive initial training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Disability Inclusion Profile meetings in schools
- Providing support and guidance to school staff and families
- Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Qualifications as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist/Therapist, or Psychologist
- Current AHPRA/SPA registration
- 5+ years' experience working in schools
- Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities, or learning challenges
- Strong understanding of inclusion principles in education
