Driving meaningful change requires a dedicated professional who can support the implementation of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy across various departments.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DEI Specialist to play a key role in delivering outcomes aligned with our overarching DEI strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of our DEI strategy
  • Work closely with committees representing diverse cultures and individuals across the organisation
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role in the human services sector, preferably in a senior leadership or management capacity
  • A strong understanding of policy, process, and the implementation of strategic actions to promote DEI
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion across all areas of the organisation, with a solid understanding of intersectionality
  • Qualifications such as Social Work, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field would be highly regarded
