Project Accounting Professional

This role is focused on project accounting within the contracts and project delivery lifecycle, bridging finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate invoicing requirements are captured from the start
  • Monitor project financials to provide real-time visibility of project health to Project Managers
  • Utilize tools like Business Central, Power BI and Excel to track and report project performance
  • Manage project invoicing in line with contract terms and conditions
  • Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or hands-on bookkeeping-related experience
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable — ideally in a fast-paced environment such as real estate, construction or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
