Job Summary

This role will support the Revenue Collections Team in the collection and reduction of aged debt.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and maintain business processes and systems
  • Maintain effective communication and training skills
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports
  • Provide problem-solving assistance and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals
About You:

Ideal candidates would have a tertiary qualification in Business or Administration, such as a Certificate or Diploma

A proven track record in revenue collection, credit control, or financial services within the Water or Utilities industry is highly beneficial

You will need a high level of business acumen, focusing on customer service and relationship management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills are essential

You must be proficient in computer literacy and experienced in using business systems, including Microsoft Office

Able to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, managing challenging conversations with empathy and clarity
