Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Learning and Talent Development Specialist to join our Sydney office. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing Bravura's learning and talent frameworks, ensuring our people can learn, grow, and develop in their careers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to understand the capabilities required to meet current and future global business objectives.
- Design Bravura's Leadership Framework and Leadership development program of work.
- Reinvigorate our Career Framework by validating the competencies needed for our people to deliver in their current roles and the capability and competency required for career growth.
- Lead the design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development strategies and programs including leadership, professional development, and technical skills.
- Management of Bravura's annual talent & performance cycle including leading the annual goal setting process, talent review, and succession planning process.
- Support culture and engagement activities including employee engagement survey and embedding the Bravura values.
- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
