Senior Product Manager Job Description

This role involves leading the product strategy and roadmap for our commercial construction technology solution, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area
  • Become an expert in the commercial construction tech landscape
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your product area
  • Partner with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and ensure a successful product launch and adoption

Requirements:
  • You have a proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company
  • You have experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment
  • Ideally you have experience working with AI technology to bring compelling value propositions to market
  • You prioritise spending time with customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points
  • You have a proven track record of shipping successful products
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have commercial acumen and business partnership
