We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our Retail Sales team at McCain Foods. This role is responsible for implementing key strategies to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for McCain across Woolworths Supermarkets and Online accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a customer strategic plan in conjunction with the category and marketing teams to achieve annual operating commitments.
- Manage trade investment at or below AOC targets to optimize return on investment within agreed parameters.
- Execute promotional programs to meet standards and investment parameters, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Align internally on promotions, pricing, and activation to ensure consideration for the impact on other customers and total retail P&L.
- Build meaningful, bespoke Joint Business Plans that align customer and McCain to a shared operating plan, focusing on delivery of internal KPIs.
- Position McCain as a category partner of choice by collaborating with category development and marketing to leverage insights, occasion-based growth drivers, and market activation initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4-6 years of commercial experience, ideally with a degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing. You should have experience in customer management to achieve specific business results, particularly within FMCG businesses. You should also possess solid communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders.
