We're seeking a Sales Manager to join our Melbourne team, who will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals, with sound leadership ability and effective communication skills.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Delivering required sales targets for the site by motivating staff to achieve performance goals
- Assisting in providing training, education, and performance monitoring for sales teams
- Supporting marketing programs and educating sales staff on marketing strategies
In return, you'll enjoy a competitive $80,000 - $120,000 per year salary package, plus bonus incentives, paid company induction and sales training, discounted hotel stays, and subsidised private health cover.
