Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient execution of marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.

The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process, ensuring timely completion and documentation of approvals.
  • Act as a point of contact for project timelines and task management, coordinating reviews with relevant teams.
  • Lead APLB submissions in partnership with Regulatory Affairs, including preparation and submission of necessary forms.
  • Set up and manage distribution and version control of marketing collateral to ensure only current, approved materials are accessible to Sales and other customer-facing teams.
  • Manage vendor project workflows, including digital deployment partners, print fulfillment, and system integrators.
  • Partner with marketing and event leads to plan and execute congress-related deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to reinforce SOPs for promotional material usage and system governance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing operations or commercial operations experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working on product launches, including Subpart H/Accelerated Approval products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content approval platforms.
  • Understanding of FDA promotional regulations and OPDP requirements for submission of promotional materials.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva CRM, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience supporting PRC/MLR reviews and/or submitting FDA-2253 forms.
