About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Advise senior leaders on strategy and develop marketing plans that align with business growth priorities.
  2. Marketing Execution: Lead alliance marketing initiatives and develop multi-channel campaigns to drive results.
  3. Operational Oversight: Manage team performance and culture, oversee budget planning and reporting, and ensure efficient resource use.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive B2B Marketing Expertise: 8+ years of experience in dynamic, matrixed environments, especially in professional services and alliance ecosystems.
  • Strategic, Tech-Savvy Communicator: Skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and synthesising complex ideas into impactful messaging.
  • Collaborative Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Known for exceptional networking, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration.
