Marketing Operations Team Leader

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Trilogy Care Pty Ltd Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

Trilogy Care is Australia's fastest-growing Home Care Package provider - and we're on a mission to transform aged care.

Our innovative model gives older Australians more choice, transparency, and value, helping them stay independent in their own homes for longer. But it's not just about care - it's about making a meaningful impact on lives and communities.

We're a vibrant, forward-thinking team who take pride in creating an empowering, supportive workplace where ideas are valued, and people thrive. At Trilogy Care, you'll join a purpose-driven organisation that blends heart with innovation, and creativity with real social impact.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Team Leader to guide and grow Trilogy Care's brand, creative, communications, social media, and events functions. This is a newly created role with four direct reports (Graphic Design, Social Media, Events, and Communications). It is a high-impact scale role designed to directly support Trilogy Care's next phase of growth, not just manage BAU activity. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across all outputs, working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align campaigns, content, and brand activity for maximum business impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and supporting design, social, communications, and events roles, providing direction and workload prioritisation.
  • Implementing strategies across creative, communications, social media, and events, ensuring activities are integrated, effective, and explicitly driving growth.
  • Overseeing brand management, maintaining the highest standards of brand and style guidelines, including online reputation management.
  • Approving creative and communications outputs for quality and alignment with brand and style guidelines.
  • Driving timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns, social content, events, and creative projects that deliver measurable business outcomes such as lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition.
  • Tracking and growing social media engagement, event attendance, and communications reach, with accountability for linking these activities to tangible business impact.
  • Developing and improving processes and workflows to maximise team efficiency, throughput, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Applying AI tools to improve automation, content generation, and analytics, lifting productivity and performance without requiring linear team growth.
  • Reporting regularly to the GM on performance, outputs, and opportunities for improvement.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in a Team Leader or similar role in the marketing and communications field.
  • Strong brand management skills, with experience approving and overseeing creative and communications outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise team workloads and deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • People management experience, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Organised and process-oriented, with a focus on throughput and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand quality.
  • Collaborative leadership style, comfortable balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience or strong enthusiasm for using AI tools (automation, content generation, analytics) to deliver growth and productivity gains.
  • Experience in aged care, health, or regulated industries (desired, but not essential).

Why Join Trilogy Care?

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping Trilogy Care's creative, communications, social, and events capability.
  • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious team in a high-growth business, with opportunities for career mapping and progression.
  • Work from our expansive new King Street, Bowen Hills office - close to public transport, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets - while enjoying an on-site culture with flexibility to balance work and life.
  • Take part in a vibrant team culture with regular social events and the chance to directly influence growth outcomes during a period of rapid scale-up.
  • Gain exposure to AI-driven practices and measurable performance improvements as we transform the aged care industry.
  • Access a wide range of employee benefits, including salary packaging to boost take-home pay, Fitness Passport membership, EAP support for you and your immediate family, and discounts on groceries, fuel, utilities, wellness, and more.

Unlock your Potential with Trilogy Care

Behind every hour of care we deliver is a smart, tech-enabled team rethinking how aged care operates. At Trilogy Care, we're going beyond compliance and coordination – we're applying AI, automation and operational design to deliver better client experiences and better employee ones. Every staff member has access to generative AI tools, training, and time to experiment - not just the Tech team Whether you're in finance, people & culture, growth, or support, you'll be part of an industry-first AI movement where we reward ideas that improve care outcomes, safety, efficiency or team wellbeing.

Please note

To join our team, you'll need to have full Australian work rights. As part of our standard recruitment process, we'll also conduct a working rights check, police check and request professional references during onboarding.

We appreciate the interest of recruitment agencies but kindly ask that resumes not be submitted unless a prior agreement is in place. Trilogy Care will not accept responsibility for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.
