**About the Role**

Carbon Link is seeking a reliable, efficient, and experienced professional to lead the communication and marketing activities for Carbon Link. This position will collaborate across our business to develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy and design and execute campaigns to support the team and grow our business.

This position will work individually and in a team environment to deliver exceptional outcomes and have a positive impact on the community in which we operate. As a team player this position will demonstrate initiative, business acumen, and an ability to work autonomously to deliver timely, quality outcomes that are aligned to the strategy. You will be able to grow this role and make it your own and have a passion for sustainable food and agricultural practices. This includes a willingness to perform other relevant duties that are within level of ability, skill, and experience.

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, Qld. This position is required to travel and work on various sites, where we operate, to support the successful delivery of strategic and operational goals.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Engage stakeholders to build and develop strategies that grow the company brand value and demand for services
- Design and develop marketing collateral to showcase company technology and services
- Develop, maintain, promote, and update quality content and information on social media and digital platforms
- Write, edit and produce information and materials for advertising and communications campaigns
- Coordinate, prepare and distribute articles and information for company newsletters, industry journals and publications
- Develop and maintain the client relationship management database
- Prepare and deliver quality marketing and communication material to clients
- Develop and maintain strong networks and relationships with industry stakeholders
- Perform other duties that are within level of ability, skill, and experience.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing and/or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agriculture, sustainability, or science
- Experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Company goals
- Experience gathering, interpreting and converting complex information to promote products, services and research results effectively
- Extensive experience using exceptional communication skills to edit and produce content to a high standard
- Experience using relevant platforms, including social and digital media, to reach and engage target audiences
- Able to consult effectively and build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage time and competing priorities effectively, using strong project management and organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant marketing and communication channels
