Clinical Psychologists play a crucial role in enhancing mental wellbeing for individuals and communities. They assess, treat, and empower patients to achieve optimal health outcomes.

">About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of psychology interventions that support high-functioning teams and individuals.

This position requires a broad understanding of psychological theory as it pertains to organisational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, productivity, safety, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology and demonstrated expertise in multi-source and multi-rater assessments.

  • Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using evidence-based approaches
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that address cognitive, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support

The successful applicant will be registered with AHPRA and hold current membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
  • Postgraduate degree in clinical psychology
  • Demonstrated understanding of psychological theory and its application in organisational settings
  • Expertise in multi-source and multi-rater assessments
Working Conditions
  • Permanent part-time position (24 hours per week)
  • Remuneration: $55.09-$67.15 per hour + annual leave loading + Superannuation
