Role Description

Requirements
  • A postgraduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters, Doctorate or PhD) with current registration with AHPRA to practice as a psychologist, endorsement or working towards endorsement in clinical psychology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of psychological theory and its application in employee satisfaction, productivity, safety, and well-being.
  • Proficiency in using multi-source and multi-rater assessments, targeted validated measures including job analysis, recruitment, worker motivation, work performance, health, and well-being, and career development.
