Organisational Psychology Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified psychologist to supervise students enrolled in the Masters of Organisational Psychology program.

The successful applicant will provide training and mentoring in areas such as leadership, talent management, recruitment, training and development, performance management, occupational health and safety, change management, user experiences and career development.

  • Leadership: Supervise students in developing effective leadership skills to drive organisational success.
  • Talent Management: Provide guidance on talent identification, development and retention strategies.
  • Recruitment: Mentor students in designing and implementing effective recruitment processes.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organisational performance.
  • Performance Management: Assist students in establishing and managing performance expectations.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Collaborate with students to design and implement OH&S policies and procedures.
  • Change Management: Guide students in navigating organisational change initiatives.
  • User Experiences: Help students understand user needs and develop solutions that improve user experience.
  • Career Development: Support students in their career advancement through professional development opportunities.
