- Utilize standardized tools to inform treatment planning and guide clinical decision-making.
- Establish strong service linkages to facilitate seamless care coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Completion of a post-graduate degree at a master's level or higher in clinical psychology from a recognized institution.
- Full registration as a psychologist and eligibility (or working towards eligibility) for AHPRA area of practice endorsement in clinical psychology.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with individuals recovering from severe and complex mental health conditions and their families.
- Demonstrated evidence-based skills in assessment, formulation, and group and individual treatment for individuals with diagnoses of severe and complex mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with families and carers of consumers diagnosed with severe and complex mental health conditions.
- Proven skills in effective interpersonal communication, advocacy, and negotiation.
- Able to work as an effective team member within a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to work autonomously as appropriate and manage time well to prioritize workload.
