Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of psychology interventions that support high functioning teams and individuals across the District.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology and registration with AHPRA to practice as a psychologist, endorsement or working towards endorsement in clinical psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and evaluate psychology interventions to support high functioning teams and individuals
  • Lead the Centre for Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) in providing development opportunities to both the clinical and non-clinical workforce
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in clinical psychology
  • Registration with AHPRA to practice as a psychologist, endorsement or working towards endorsement in clinical psychology
  • Demonstrated understanding of psychological theory as it pertains to organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction, productivity, safety and well-being
  • Competence in the use of multi-source and multi-rater assessments relevant to determining organisational effectiveness
