Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the PositionThis is a great opportunity to start your career in a customer-focused role.

You will be working in an inner Melbourne location, easily accessible via public transport, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Your Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showing empathy and providing clear, informative support to every customer
- Negotiate and solve problems to advance business cash flow
- Manage customer accounts and resolve payment issues
- Remain compliant throughout activities
- Maintain collection processes
- Resolve and identify disputes while advancing revenue opportunities
We are looking for a motivated individual with:
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing position
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to show empathy
- A high level of professionalism with a consultative approach
- Resilient, confident, and positive attitude
- Intermediate computer skills (especially MS Excel)
