You will have experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, possess strong communication and critical thinking skills, and be passionate about delivering excellent results.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home once certain targets are met. The successful candidate will need to complete a Pre-employment Declaration and Consent Form and undergo a National Police Check.
