Customer Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Resolution Specialist.

This is a critical role that plays a key part in implementing customer dispute resolution processes and acting as the interface between us, Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV), and customers to resolve escalated complaints.

  • Implement customer dispute resolution processes effectively
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints on behalf of our organization
  • Investigate EWOV complaints and provide detailed reports

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer issues.
