Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to our customers, assisting them with complex and tax-related matters. They will also be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, as well as providing up-to-date specialist taxation advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Designing and delivering training programs for multiple revenue lines
  • Providing up-to-date specialist taxation advice to internal and external customers
  • Assisting with the management of quality outcomes and coaching for quality performance
