Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our emergency department on a casual basis.

The Role:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the ED team by efficiently managing tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure the reception area operates effectively, providing excellent customer service to patients and other stakeholders who inquire about the service.
  • Manage telephone calls from patients in a professional manner.
  • Process patient registration forms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enter patient data into Patient Management Systems for all admissions.

Suitable applicants must possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience working with Health Funds and Patient Management Systems will be highly desirable.

Our Offer:
  • $37.22 to $38.27 (inclusive of casual loading) per hour plus 12% Superannuation.
  • Casual position | must be available for cover nightshifts.
  • As a casual employee, you can salary package a percentage of your earnings each pay period.
