Customer Service Specialist

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, processing and monitoring customer orders, ensuring data accuracy, participating in inventory stock forecast meetings and key performance data collection, and supporting sales teams with product allocation.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with superior interpersonal skills, experience in freighting and warehousing, strong focus on safety, conflict resolution, and excellent telephone techniques. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
