Casual Sales Consultant - Myer Bankstown - NSW

An exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of Country Road's retail network. As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes, whilst upholding the brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Live and role model the CRG values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for team members and visitors, focusing on promoting wellbeing.
  • Understand the brand and CRG strategy, demonstrating this in your day-to-day work.
  • Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products, sharing knowledge with customers.
  • Assist with store visual merchandising and presentation to brand standards.
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention, providing recommendations to your leader.
