About the Role:

As a Concession Sales Consultant at Country Road, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes. Your role will be to uphold the brand values and contribute to the success of our new concession locations across Myer nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and customers, promoting wellbeing and safety practices.
  • Understand the brand and CRG strategy, demonstrating this in your daily work and contributing to team experience.
  • Utilize tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products, sharing knowledge with customers and contributing to store visual merchandising and presentation.
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective management of stock and loss prevention, providing recommendations to your leader.

Requirements:

An ideal candidate will possess a true passion for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive attitude. They will be flexible to work weekends and late trading hours, embodying the Country Road Group's can-do attitude and demonstrating a customer-obsessed culture.
